LIE 495 to exit 33, Lakeville Road/Community Drive. Go to the second traffic light on the service road and make a right turn onto Lakeville Road. Continue straight. You will come to a big intersection which is Northern Blvd. 25A. Cross over Northern Blvd. and the name changes to Middle Neck Road. We are number 653, approximately three miles up on the right side, opposite the Village Green Park.
